Pre-Kindergarten: 3 - 5 years old

We offer a balanced program which addresses the child as a whole by supporting their social, emotional, cognitive and spiritual growth.  We encourage children to socialize, share, make friends, interact cooperatively, and gain independence and self-control so they can reach their full potential. The emphasis in this class is in providing children with the necessary tools to be fully prepared for school. Science, Music and Visual Arts are the main objectives of the program and the teachers role is to design a development plan for each child based on their learning styles and interests.  One of our main goals is to foster childrens creativity, originallity, and imagination through the arts. The classroom is a playful and creative environment, where children can use their literacy and mathematical skills throughout their daily acitivities. Children engage in long term and short term projects either sparked by their interest or through a well planned year long curriculum provided by teachers. They are encouraged to work collaboratively, but we respect the childs desire to work independently, understanding that every child develops differently.
